NextHouse ist die zukünftige Kooperationsplattform von MAFEU und EkwBau. In gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten widmen wir uns intensiv dem Thema ‚Digitales Bauen‘ um unseren Kunden eine individuelle und effiziente Planung und Umsetzung zu gewährleisten. Das Büro besteht aus einem großen Gewerberaum mit Nebenräumen in einem historischen Gebäudeensemble. Der Kooperationsraum ist durch geschickte Belegung in Arbeitsgruppen unterteilt. Architekten und Bauausführende arbeiten so produktiv Seite an Seite. Kurze Wege erleichtern und befördern die Kommunikation. Eine große Glasfront sorgt dafür, dass die Arbeitsplätze mit Tageslicht durchflutet sind und transparent nach außen wirken. Meetings können in verschiedenen Bereichen stattfinden, der große Meetingraum ist durch eine gläserne Schiebewand abgetrennt um eine konzentrierte Gesprächsatmosphäre zu ermöglichen.
NextHouse is the future cooperation platform between MAFEU and EkwBau. In shared rooms, we devote ourselves intensively to the topic of 'digital construction' in order to ensure our customers individual and efficient planning and implementation. The office consists of a large commercial space with adjoining rooms in a historic building ensemble. The collaboration room is cleverly divided into working groups. Architects and builders work productively side by side. Short distances facilitate and promote communication. A large glass front ensures that the workstations are flooded with daylight and appear transparent to the outside. Meetings can take place in different areas; the large meeting room is separated by a sliding glass wall to enable a concentrated atmosphere for discussions.
