Mitten im Spreewald liegt ein kleines A-Frame-Haus, das der Entwurf als Ferienhaus neu interpretiert. Die steilen Dachflächen prägen den Innenraum. Im Erdgeschoss bilden Küche, Essplatz und Wohnbereich einen offenen Raum. Eine Schlafgalerie nutzt die Höhe unter dem First.
Schwingfenster in den Dachflächen bringen Tageslicht in den Wohnbereich und rahmen den Blick in den Wald. Helles Holz und warm getönter Putz bestimmen die Materialpalette. Zum Entwurf gehören auch ein Bad mit Dusche und eine kleine private Sauna mit Holzbänken und einem großen Fenster zum Wald.
Set in the forests of the Spreewald, the renovation proposal reimagines a small existing A-frame cabin as a holiday retreat. The steep roof slopes shape the interior. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining and living areas share one open space, while a sleeping loft makes use of the height beneath the ridge.
Pivoting roof windows bring daylight into the living area and frame views of the forest. Light wood and warm-toned plaster define the interior palette. The design also includes a bathroom with a shower and a small private sauna with timber benches and a large window overlooking the trees.
