Mehr Raum, mehr Licht und eine neue Wohnqualität prägen die Sanierung dieser Reihenhaus-Villa, die das gesamte Gebäude betraf – mit besonderem Fokus auf das oberste Geschoss.
Der zentrale Eingriff bestand in der Sanierung und Erweiterung des Daches sowie in der Einbeziehung einer der beiden bestehenden Terrassen in das beheizte Raumvolumen. Dadurch konnte das Dachgeschoss vollständig neu organisiert und in eine großzügige Master-Suite umgewandelt werden.
Das Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einem offen gestalteten Bad en suite. Die Grundrissgestaltung verzichtet bewusst auf klassische Abtrennungen: Dusche und Waschbereich sind sichtbar und als integraler Bestandteil des Raumes konzipiert. Diese Offenheit erzeugt eine zeitgemäße, helle und fließende Raumwirkung mit starker architektonischer Identität.
Die gesamte Sanierung folgt einer modernen, eleganten und minimalistischen Architektursprache, die sich harmonisch in den Charakter des Hauses einfügt.

Renovation and Roof Extension of a Terraced House
More space, natural light, and an enhanced quality of living define the renovation of this terraced house, which involved the entire building with particular attention to the top floor.
The main intervention focused on the renovation and extension of the roof, incorporating one of the two existing terraces into the interior volume. This transformation allowed for a complete reorganization of the upper level, resulting in a spacious master suite.
The bedroom opens onto an open-plan en-suite bathroom. The layout deliberately avoids conventional separations, allowing the shower and washbasin to remain visible and fully integrated into the room. This design choice creates a bright, contemporary space with a strong architectural character.
The overall renovation adopts a modern, elegant, and minimalist language that blends seamlessly with the existing character of the house.
