Das Projekt befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Postgebäude in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Durch ein neues Gebäude werden Wohnungen für junge Berufstätige geschaffen, die sich in die bestehende einfügen. Dieses Gebäude verfügt über moderne Mikrowohnungen, viele Gemeinschaftsräume im Erdgeschoss und eine Dachterrasse. Das Bestandsgebäude werden in Coworking- und Büronutzungen umgewandelt. Es gibt einen gemeinschaftlichen grünen Innenhof, der sowohl von neuen als auch von alten Gebäuden umgeben ist.
MAFEU hat an der Entwicklung des Neubau-Entwurfs sowie der Umgestaltung des bestehenden Gebäudes und der Verwaltung des komplexen Bauprozesses gearbeitet.

The project is located in an protected post office building in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The proposed new building contains apartments for young professionals and interlocks with the existing building, which is intended for commercial and communal use. This new building features contemporary micro-apartments as well as shared spaces on the lower levels and a roof terrace. The spaces in the existing building are converted into co-working and office uses. There is a communal green courtyard that will be enclosed by both new and old buildings.
MAFEU have been involved in the development of the new building as well as the conversion of the existing building and managing the complex construction process.
